Description

Elegant Feather is a zone 6 perennial, so it needs extra protection, as in a good mulching before winter. This foliage plant can be used as an annual, since it is easy to grow and features downy, finely divided, soft green foliage on tall stems that sway in the wind. Insignificant blooms in late summer. Grows to 5-6 ft. tall. Full to part sun.
